Head of RevOps

Sales
New York City
Full-time

We are looking for a Head of RevOps to build the operational infrastructure that powers our revenue engine.

At Truvo, we are building a fully autonomous consumer insurance broker — saving the average household hundreds of dollars on insurance while better protecting people for the worst moments in their lives. We are rewiring a trillion-dollar industry that still runs on phone calls, fax machines, and legacy carrier systems. We raised our seed, built a best-in-class AI-native broker platform with AI agents that quote, bind, and service policies autonomously, and are scaling an exceptional team.

We are looking for a Head of RevOps to build the operational infrastructure that powers our revenue engine. You will partner closely with our Director of Sales and cross-functional leadership to architect the systems, data pipelines, and processes that turn raw inputs into predictable, scalable revenue. This is a systems and operations role — not a sales role — focused on tooling, data integrity, process design, and cross-functional alignment.

Your Day to Day at Truvo

  • Revenue Infrastructure: Design and implement the end-to-end RevOps stack — CRM architecture, lead routing logic, pipeline stages, workflow automation, and reporting infrastructure

  • Data & Analytics: Own revenue data integrity and build the forecasting models, attribution frameworks, and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into performance and unit economics

  • Process Design: Architect repeatable, scalable workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success — eliminating friction, reducing manual work, and enabling teams to move faster

  • Systems Integration: Work with engineering and product to connect and optimize the tools across the revenue stack — ensuring clean data flow between lead sources, CRM, quoting platform, and carrier systems

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the connective tissue between sales, marketing, product, and finance — ensuring shared definitions, clean handoffs, and unified reporting

  • AI-Native Operations: Leverage and optimize our AI agents and automation tools to maximize throughput and efficiency across the entire revenue lifecycle

Requirements

  • RevOps Builder: You have built and scaled revenue operations infrastructure at high-growth startups — ideally from early stage through rapid scaling — and you know what good looks like at every stage

  • Systems Thinker: You architect scalable systems and processes. CRM mastery, data pipeline design, and cross-functional workflow optimization are second nature

  • Data-Driven: You live in the numbers — attribution, conversion rates, LTV, CAC, pipeline velocity. You build the models and dashboards that drive decisions

  • Speed and Urgency: You thrive in fast-moving environments and can stand up a functioning RevOps infrastructure in weeks, not quarters

  • 5+ years in revenue operations, business operations, or growth operations at high-growth startups, with a track record of driving measurable operational impact

  • Nice to Have: Experience in insurance, financial services, or lead generation. Familiarity with AI-driven tools, automation platforms, and voice AI systems

Head of Marketing

New York City
Full-time

We are looking for a Director of Marketing to own and scale our growth engine — someone who is deeply data-driven, obsessed with measuring what works, and capable of building a marketing function from zero to one.

Your Day to Day at Truvo

  • Data-Driven Growth: Build and own the marketing analytics stack — attribution, CAC optimization, funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimization across all channels

  • Performance Marketing: Design, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels, with rigorous A/B testing and ROI tracking

  • Brand & Content: Develop Truvo's brand voice and content strategy, creating compelling narratives that resonate with consumers shopping for insurance

  • SEO & Organic: Build a long-term organic growth engine through content marketing, SEO, and thought leadership

  • Partnerships & Distribution: Identify and execute strategic partnerships and distribution channels to drive customer acquisition at scale

Requirements

  • Metrics Obsessed: You live in dashboards. You can tie every dollar spent to downstream revenue and make data-backed decisions on where to double down or cut

  • Full-Stack Marketer: You have built marketing functions from scratch — from paid acquisition and SEO to brand and content, and you know how to prioritize when resources are limited

  • Growth at Scale: 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally at high-growth startups in fintech, insurtech, or consumer marketplaces

  • Technical Chops: Comfortable with SQL, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms. You can pull your own data and build your own reports

  • Builder and Leader: You will be the first marketing hire. You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and are ready to build a team as we scale

  • Nice to Have: Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries. Familiarity with lead generation marketplaces

Chief of Staff

Operations
New York City
Full-time

We are looking for someone from a top-tier background — consulting, banking, high-growth startups, or similar — who is ready to roll up their sleeves and operate at the speed a seed-stage company demands.

As Chief of Staff, you will be the CEO's right hand — owning the most critical workstreams across the business and building out the operational backbone of the company. This is not an advisory role; you will have direct ownership of cross-functional initiatives, drive execution on company priorities, and help build and lead the team around you. We are looking for someone from a top-tier background — consulting, banking, high-growth startups, or similar — who is ready to roll up their sleeves and operate at the speed a seed-stage company demands.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Operations: Own and drive the company's highest-priority initiatives end-to-end — from scoping to execution to measurement

  • Team Building: Help recruit, onboard, and manage a growing team — you will be instrumental in building out operations, sales, and GTM functions

  • Analytics & Decision Support: Build the data infrastructure for key decisions — lead conversion funnels, unit economics, carrier performance, growth modeling

  • Go-to-Market: Drive lead gen strategy, partnership outreach, and carrier relationship development

  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Manage investor communications, deck iterations, data room, and follow-ups as we scale toward Series A

  • Communications: Draft investor updates, board materials, internal docs, and external comms

  • Whatever's Most Important: The shape of this role evolves weekly — you will always be working on what matters most

What We're Looking For

  • Pedigree matters: Top-tier experience at a brand-name firm — MBB consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or a high-growth startup with a strong leadership team

  • Exceptional analytical ability — you can build a financial model, dissect a funnel, and find signal in messy data

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication — can own an investor email, a board deck, or an internal strategy doc without hand-holding

  • Operator mentality — you figure things out before asking, ship before it is perfect, and hold yourself to a high bar

  • Leadership potential — you have managed people or projects and are ready to build and lead a team

  • Genuine interest in insurance, fintech, or AI (bonus if you have worked in any of these)

  • Based in NYC or willing to relocate

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus meaningful equity

  • Direct partnership with the founder — you will see and shape every aspect of building a startup

  • Autonomy and ownership from day one

  • The opportunity to build and lead your own team as the company scales

  • A front-row seat to the AI transformation of a $2T industry
